Feline Rabies Clinic At Pioneer Park In March
A public cat rabies vaccination clinic is sponsored by Mid-Coast Veterinary Medical Association on Saturday March 9 from 1 00 to 2 00 pm at the Pioneer Park Building corner East Pine and North 4th Street. Cats must be six months or older and vaccinated cats pay 2 50 each. No dogs accepted. Vaccines last one year and are not required by law. The notice also reports former White House aide Jack D Arcy leaving Nixon staff to become general manager at First National City Bank in New York City March 15.

La Verne College Residence Center at Vandenberg AFB lists 14 spring courses from March 11 to May 17. Economics 340 and daily 11:00 to 12:00 sessions, plus Economics 1 production courses at 12:00 to 1:00, and evening blocks from 5:00 to 7:00 and 7:00 to 10:00. The program leads to bachelor’s degrees in several fields and primes for law school admission. registration runs through March 11 with late entries to March 15, counseling hours daily and by appointment.
