State council backs a plan tied to the existing acute care hospital on Hickory Avenue adding 74 beds total with 42 long term care at Walnut Avenue and 32 for acute care. Construction could start this fall as modifications go to state bureau approvals.
Dean maintains his congressional testimony, calls White House questions loaded, and says staff knew the White House hid the scandal.
