Smith returns to SALT talks for 20th session in Vienna
UPI reports chief U.S. negotiator Gerard C. Smith returns to Vienna for the 20th SALT session after three days in Washington with President Nixon and other officials. He led a 50 minute formal session with Soviet representatives and a 20 minute informal meeting. Next talks are set for Tuesday at the Soviet Embassy. Charges Dropped in Unruh Son Marijuana Case
