Teen drinking rule report highlights youth alcohol use
A government HEW panel report to Congress says 18 to 20 year olds show near universal drinking. It notes moderate drinkers have lower heart-illness death rates than abstainers, but heavy drinkers who also smoke have 15 times higher oral cancer risk than nondrinkers.
