The County Flood Control District votes to provide 23 510 dollars to match about 58 000 dollars in TOPICS funds to redesign the Olive Avenue and O Street intersection. Two Killed In Separate California Highway Crashes
An Arroyo Grande woman was fatally injured and Barbara J. Skelton 18 of Vandenberg Village seriously injured after a Highway 101 crash near Santa Maria. Leslie J. Krushat died in the incident. Another fatal crash on Highway 101 near Pismo Beach claimed 27 year old David Wesley Darby of Grover City with five cars involved and no other serious injuries.
