Don Eittreim and Charles Bosio open the Liquor Emporium at 1200 E Ocean Ave Lompoc promoting international cheeses deli items and sandwiches named after missiles such as Thor and Titan The partners describe themselves as longtime residents and plan 8 am to 10 pm hours Sunday through Thursday and 8 am to midnight weekends.
