Rainstorm Pushes Lompoc Rain Total Higher
Nearly a half inch of rain fell in Lompoc as a storm moved through overnight raising the season total to 12.22 inches, above the seasonal average. Last year at this time the total was 6.25 inches. The storm flooded intersections and increased flows in the Miguelito Channel and the Santa Ynez River with no serious incidents reported.
