Seventeen Lompoc Valley students passed the December 20 exam, enabling immediate departure if parental permission is granted. Breakdown shows 10 of 20 at Lompoc High, 6 of 11 at Cabrillo, and 1 of 5 at Maple High. Statewide 45 percent of 12 151 16 or 17 year olds passed. The March 27 test date, March 5 deadline, and $10 application are noted.
