The second annual Lompoc Valley Drug Abuse lecture series begins tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the Cabrillo High School Little Theater. Sponsored by the Lompoc Valley Drug Abuse Coordinating Council with Adult Evening High School. Rev. Richard Harris moderates. Speakers include Robert Thompson, Skip Wilcox, and Frank Chastulik outlining district, area, and Vandenberg AFB programs. Sessions run Feb 1, 8, and 15 at 7 p.m. with topics from Breakthrough to marijuana legalization debate.
