Phnom Penh under threat as blasts hit government district
Communist forces attacked Phnom Penh with a government immigration office blast and street fighting near the Ministry of Defense. A 6 PM to 6 AM curfew was imposed on key boulevards. U S arms were airlifted in as Viet Cong commandos attempted a fuel supply raid near the Tonle Sap River. several guards and civilians were killed or wounded.

Funds dispute with LEA ahead of school board meeting
