Founder's Day PTA Dinner Marks 50th Anniversary
The Lompoc Council of PTA announces Founder's Day dinner on March 16 at Cabrillo High School Cafeteria. The event honors community members with honorary service awards, features madrigal singers, and includes election and installation of officers for 1977 78. Reservations for roast beef dinner are due March 1 with a $4 check to Lompoc PTA.

The Women Division cancels the Sunday membership tea at Christine (Mrs Earl T) Cass home citing the long holiday weekend. The regular monthly luncheon remains set for Monday at Lompoc Valley Club with Brad Foster of Santa Maria as guest speaker on the suggested Santa Barbara County split. Serving at noon and reservations are required.

Swedish Chamber Orchestra to Perform in Lompoc Concert
The Lompoc Community Concert Association presents the Swedish Chamber Orchestra of Orebro conducted by Goran W. Nilson in a Monday 8:15 p.m. performance at the Lompoc Theater. Admission is by membership, contact Dorothy Cutting at 736-3802. The program features a broad repertoire and notes the ensemble as Sweden’s leading chamber group with a growing international tour.
