The winners include Airman First Class Susan J. Bosworth in the First-Term Airman of the Quarter category from the 1st Strategic Aerospace Division Directorate of Missile Systems Test Operations. Staff Sergeant Leroy K. Finn earns Career Noncommissioned Officer of the Quarter. Senior Master Sergeant Orval Given is Senior NCO of the Quarter, and Captain Paul M. Rapalski is Junior Officer of the Quarter. Local Chambers of Commerce representatives attended the ceremony, and merchants under the Full Circle Program donated gifts to the winners.
