Lompoc Museum Marks First Birthday Celebration

The Lompoc Museum observes its first birthday on Monday February 15 at 7 30 p m with Native Daughters of the Golden West presenting a California Bear Flag to curator Mrs Alice McKenzie. The Alpha Club’s annual reciprocity party featured Mrs. Russell Decker in The New Member a playful Southern themed comedy. Cast included Mrs. C.R. Art display marks Negro History Week in Lompoc

An art display commemorating Negro History Week will run Monday February 15 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the Lions Inn foyer. Members of the Lompoc Art Association Club Arcturus and other community artists will show their original paintings and invite the public to view the exhibit.
