Cabrillo High School hosts student restaurant job prep program
Under Jan Pierre and Juanita Spencer supervision, fifteen students in Cabrillo High School's food service program gain hands on experience. They rotate through protein cookery, short orders, salad bar, desserts, and service duties in a three room kitchen setup. Each student earns a certificate upon completion, and local restaurateurs express interest.
