City moves for speedy TOPICS traffic project in Lompoc
Lompoc City Council approved a joint agreement with Santa Barbara County to begin a TOPICS program project soon. Council critic noted the city has about $55,000 in TOPICS funds and could start one of three suggested projects without waiting.
