Javier Robert Torres, 26, of 727 North A Street, was booked in Lompoc Jail on suspicion of robbing a Yellow Cab at 129 North I Street. The victim Denise Villaba reported two one dollar bills and three pennies taken after a man, who mimicked a gun, demanded cash. Police found Torres asleep in his car at a service station near A Street and Ocean Avenue two and a half hours later.
