Four teens injured in Santa Ynez car crash
Four teenagers were injured and hospitalized after a northbound car ran a boulevard stop sign on Refugio Road near Roblar Road and crashed into a field. Two Village Men Injured Repairing CB Antenna
Two Vandenberg Village men were injured when a 45 foot citizens band radio antenna touched a 12 000 volt line while being repaired outside the home of Sidney Brewer. William Chapman 60 was admitted to Vandenberg Air Force Base Hospital for severe electrical shock and burns. Sidney Brewer 53 was treated and released. Firefighters said the antenna touched a feeder line for street lights, sending the full shock into the house. Damage estimated over 1000 dollars.

Health care costs rise with medical monopoly pressure
