Bank burglary may amount to over 2 million in losses
A United California Bank branch in Laguna Niguel suffered a weekend burglary March 25 26. A professional gang cut through the roof and blasted the vault, stealing more than 2 million in negotiable notes bonds and documents, plus 50000 in cash and valuables from 450 safe deposit boxes. The bank cannot assume liability for the losses, not covered by federal insurance.
