Bicycle accidents injure two riders in city
Two bicycle riders were hurt in separate crashes with cars. Larry Norman Moore 37 was hospitalized with a shoulder injury after colliding with Lois Gertrude McDonald 43 in the 1000 block of West Ocean Avenue. Arnold Beverly Butler 57 sustained minor injuries in a crash with Ray Charles Goddard 47, who was jailed on suspicion of DUI felony hit and run and license revocation. Goddard also faced a loaded weapon charge from a shotgun found during booking. The second crash occurred in the 400 block of North J Street.
