Couple Fined on Overcrowding Dog Law Charge
Frank A and Margaret Nicholson of Vandenberg Village were fined 250 dollars and placed on three years probation after being convicted of keeping more dogs than permitted. Each was fined 125 dollars with possible jail time of six months and an 825 dollar fine. The court suspended sentence for three years and ordered a conduct review in one year.
