CHANGE Mrs. Noah Morehead of Shultztown was granted a divorce from a husband serving a sentence in Jeffersonville prison. The grounds were his criminal acts and failure to support. The case recalls a Cass county jail scene six months earlier when she wept and clung to him as he was led away. Her later court appearance showed resolve to obtain freedom from the criminal spouse as she had previously shown sympathy during his arrest and guilty plea. Morehead belonged to a trio of store bandits arrested after a gun battle and a string of burglaries last spring.
