Desperate Farmyard Fight Leaves McGinnis Brothers Wounded
Luther McGinnis and Horace McGinnis, two brothers from the McGinniss farm south of Salem Indiana, fought over a family feud sparked by their late father William McGinnis. Luther was mortally wounded by a gunshot above the heart after attacking Horace with a knife and revolver. Horace survived serious stab wounds and is in a serious condition. Prosecutor Houston says the case and William McGinnis death will be examined by the grand jury at the October Washington circuit court.
