Six years in asylum figure in Wells County case
John W. Terrell, after almost six years imprisoned, is now granted a 15000 dollar bond and may be moved to Randolph or Delaware counties for safety. Special judge J. H. Paulus ordered bond, noting the strong local feeling and fear of violence if he remains in Wells County. Terrell killed his son in law Melvin Wolfe in 1908, later sent to Eastern Hospital for the Insane, and has since been in jail or hospital wards.
