Judge Rules On Injunction In Jordan City Sewer Case
Judge Vincent of Lafayette heard further action in Jordan versus the City over the West Side sewer. A temporary injunction was granted directing the city to pay on June 1 the first installment of 3722 dollars to Dennis Uhl for sewer rental.
