Indicted banker Robin uses stomach pump in court scare

Joseph G Robin, facing death by own action charges, swallowed hyoscine en route to a Criminal Court hearing. A stomach pump saved his life as doctors estimated the poison had been in his system about three quarters of an hour. The case was postponed and Robin remained in Bellevue Hospital ward.

Associated Press reports Nashville December 30 Harvard law students formed an all star eleven that faced Vanderbilt Seawanne stars on a muddy Van derbilt field.
