Officials probing the dynamite conspiracy hear from two sources about explosions tied to non union employers from 1908 to 1910. Kansas City police chief W E Griffin testified about five blasts and suggested others beyond Ortie McManigal may have been involved in destroying property.

New York estate news reports Surrogate Cohalan upholding the will of General Thomas T. Eckert valued at about 3 million dollars. He left the bulk to Thomas Eckert Jr. and James C. A Vandalia bound Adams express car on train No 27 was robbed between Indianapolis and Terre Haute. On arrival at Terre Haute the car door stood open and scattered parcels were found on the floor. Several packages were missing as authorities investigated the overnight theft.

Everett Livers thirty years old a Panhandle brakeman on the green line from this city to Indianapolis and Louisville was killed last evening near Walton. His body was found severed by the rails with more than half the train having passed over it. Coroner Palmer will hold an investigation after the body was recovered by Undertaker Small of Walton.
Milwaukee, Dec 15. Jack Redmond signed a contract to box Battling Nelson next month in New Orleans. The weight is to be 133 pounds.
Washington faces opposition to immediate action on Sulzer’s plan to terminate Russia’s 1832 treaty. Senators fear estrangement from Russia could push alliance with Japan and hurt U S oriental trade. Bad Axe Michigan December 15 Dr Robert A MacGregor charged with the murder of Cyril Sparling was bound over without bail to circuit court Miss Margaret Gibbs nurse charged as an accessory after the fact bail set at 1000 she posted. Sheriff Donald McAuley testified that MacGregor warned of exhuming bodies and named a poison suspect.
Not guilty verdict acquits Lillian Graham and Ethel Conrad of charges tied to the Stokes shooting. The jury found no murder attempt, limiting focus to assault counts. Conrad sobbed “Thank God” and had a hysterical reaction. Graham remained emotionally restrained as spectators cheered outside.
