City National Bank and Sophronia J. Elliott filed suit yesterday against Logansport Hotel Co. Carl Keller Emil Keller and Dr M A Jordan to collect notes totaling 3000 and foreclose a mortgage on hotel property and lease. One thousand two hundred dollars is due the bank and two thousand one hundred dollars to Mrs Elliott. The hotel is under receiver Wm C Thomas who was made a party defendant.
