Tragic Roadside Crash Kills Four Near Rochester
A Loganport party returning from the lake was struck by the Chicago and Erie Express at Rowleys crossing near Rochester. Mrs Eckert and Miss Wagner died instantly, Charles Lambert and the child Agnes Eckert were injured. Mrs Keip fatally injured, while Carl Bucher and others survived. Around 6 30 last evening a cigarette sparked rubbish near the Indiana Lighting Co gas supply tank at 510 Canal Street.
