Saloon Burglary Leads to Jail for Trespass
Robbers broke into Peter Jolly’s saloon and took beer. Albert Wolf and Cecil Stoltz were found intoxicated in a Panhandle box car near Second Street with similar beer, denied saloon involvement, and were jailed for fifteen days on trespass charges.

Alice O. Chiepolich, now on a Clay township farm, sues Tripp Chiepolich of Mobile Alabama for divorce on the ground of desertion. They married July 30 1905 and he abandoned her February 14 1907 after which she moved to Cass County. He reportedly earns over $150 monthly. Twenty divorces filed since May 1 with two days left to file more.
