Horse and Buggy Hit by Interurban Car in Indianapolis
James I Barnes collided with an eastbound interurban at Fifth and Market streets. The buggy wheel tore off, the horse bolted toward the Panhandle tracks, Barnes leaped and injured a fractured collarbone and bruises. The horse was later found with an Italian on Canal street. the buggy became junk.

The Dog Poisoner Terrorizes Riverside Park Pets
Over three weeks eight valuable dogs in Riverside park area were poisoned. A Scotch collie owned by Fred Klinsick died yesterday after earlier near misses and a big St Bernard owned by J D Allison was also poisoned. Residents guard their dogs and promise to press charges if the culprit is found. Suspects are under watch as authorities investigate the case.

Ball Player Hurt In Ninth Inning Collision
Short stop Eiserle of the Jack Pots was severely injured during a game with the Walton ball club yesterday. He collided with a baseman at third base and was unconscious for about ten minutes before being removed. The Walton team led 11 to 10 after nine innings, and the Jack Pots blamed a weakened lineup for the loss.
