Plank and Bowers Arrested in Horse Theft Case
William Plank of this city and A G Bowers of Judyville were arrested Monday in Rochester on charges of stealing a horse from Charles Olds. Plank, out on bail, says Judy owns a mortgage on the horse given by Henry Olds. Bowers, a Judy representative, seized the horse and sent it to this city. Olds and his brother Charles reported the theft to a magistrate and secured a warrant for their arrest.
