William Pittman formerly of Logansport pleaded guilty to petit larceny in Indianapolis court yesterday. Judge Alford sentenced him to six months in the workhouse and fined $1 for defrauding men he hired to go to St Louis with a bogus Lovejoy & Co. claim.
