Arthur Dunn driving an automobile in Anoka turned into a city street after a horse driven by Frank Kee near a bend frightened the pair riding in a buggy. Keener and wife were thrown, Dunn halted the car and helped transport them to a relative’s home. Dr Miller attended. the husband suffered a shattered spine and other injuries, the wife a gash on the forehead and bruises. no blame assigned to Dunn.
