A unknown vandal threw a rock through a eastbound Wabash No. 8 car window near Heppe's soap factory, grazing a woman’s head and showering passengers with glass. Three intoxicated men, George Hiles John Hogan-Angleton and Thomas Isley, were jailed for fifteen days after causing a disturbance at two North and Fifth street locations and kicking a door. Alice Stewart, arrested yesterday on Twelfth street, was discharged after promising to leave town.
