The Logansport & Wabash Valley Gas Co bonds perform well on eastern markets after a past default on June interest. From a low of 30 to 35, the bonds now quote around 32 bid 35 asked, with $1,750,000 in bonds secured by first mortgage on Wa bash Penu Logansport and Decatur plants valued near $600,000.
Judge Graves this morning rendered judgment for the plaintiff George W. Cann & Co. against John N. Berry in the amount of 25.22. In a separate matter, Q A Myers executor of D C Justice’s estate had a case dismissed in the circuit court today.

Edward Malone’s household goods were attached this afternoon in a 2n2 suit for 10 months rent. Malone, who lived on Syea rcore street in one of Charles Spry’s houses, is moving to Ohio and has not appeared in court. Spry filed the suit through his agent John A. Young.
A double wedding is planned for tomorrow evening at George W. Buchanans home near Metea. Miss Margaret Buchanan will wed William W. McBeth of Headlee White county, and Miss Blanch Buchanan will wed Clyde J. Davisson who lives near the city. Both grooms are farmers and will settle nearby.

Anyone selling or concealing diseases like glanders heaves broken wind cribber faces fines up to 500 dollars and possible six months imprisonment. The statute targets dodges once common in horse trading and clarifies penalties for deceitful sales.

Jesse Morgan of this city remains unconscious at St. Luke's hospital Chicago. Doctors fear both feet will be amputated and his chances of recovery are slim. His father Silas Morgan stays at the bedside while his mother waits for news back home.

Sunday revival in Logansport reports over 200 converts at the rink services and more than 700 converted since the revival began. Evangelist Seoville’s sermons urged conscience and salvation with strong turnout from women and railroad workers. Tomorrow the union meetings continue after a rest day.
A large audience filled the Dowling theater for a lecture by Father Vaughan on The Power of Love. Music by a St. Vincent church choir and a quartet complemented the talk. Mayor McKee opened, and M. F. Mahoney introduced Father Vaughan, whose Tatler praised the sermon as among the finest heard in Logansport.
William H. Whitehead T Sullivan Adam Graf and John Holland will attend the annual meeting of the master plumbers in Indianapolis this week. All cities in the state represented. The week includes business sessions social events and banquets. They return next Saturday night.
