Abe Stern a Market street meat market operator was injured this afternoon around 2 30 while sawing meat when the saw struck a bone andcut his left thumb. He received several stitches at Dr. B C Stevens and will be laid up for days.
The Burrows Camp of Modern Woodmen of America now in Logansport will host March 26. Degrees will be conferred on several candidates by the local camp with aid from Burrows camp. Burrows Jodee has a large initiation class and the visit is expected memorable.
Andrew Tishock sues George A. Kistler as administrator of Julia A. Thompson for 1459.15 for supervising a brick block project. He asserts engagement by the deceased Mrs Thompson at 25 per month for nine months. Heirs of Chicago contest, claim no such engagement existed. Estate valued around 35000.

She says they married July 1, 1904, and after three months he began cruel acts including name calling, beating, choking, and threats, and she asks for a restraining order and to resume her maiden name Lulu Martindale.
