Connelly and breaking his leg Connelly was hospitalized Judge Turner rejected the cash penalty idea stating a student is punished like anyone else Shirk is twenty one his mother widow of E H Shirk former First National Bank president with near a million in property interests Shirk is in his second year at Yale and around Tipton is regarded as a first class young man.
Detective Silas Morgan visits Frankfort where the Burns will case is on trial. A man stands accused of stealing a letter that could prove Frank Burns rightful claim to a $70,000 estate. A woman testifies Morgan prowled her house at midnight the robbery occurred. Witnesses from here will support an alibi.
