The funeral for DeWitt C Justice will be held Monday at 2 PM from the Tenth and Market residences with Rev Craig of Ninth Street Christian church officiating. Interment follows at Mt Hope cemetery. The Cass county bar will attend and court will be closed in his memory. Judge Daniel P Baldwin praised Justice for his legal skill and perseverance despite lifelong lameness.
