Lydia A. Spillman through attorneys Frank Swigart and James A. West files in Cass circuit court against Fort Wayne and Wabash Valley Traction company seeking 16000 in death damages for Charles W. Spillman killed May 27 1911 on Erie avenue while aiding a farmer. Spillman died from a fractured skull and other injuries after a bowled cart struck him as he helped collect corn.
