Muncie December 20 half a dozen men with pistols boarded a southbound rail passenger train on the Lake Erie and Western division and ordered passengers to stand and delay Conductor Dootorman. The robbers fled into the woods taking coats and sacks and the train was delayed twenty minutes between Montpelier and Keystone near the oil fields.
The three Kellars Daniel wife Nannie and Maggie were brought from Rockville to Vigo county jail for the Clara Shanks murder. They have shown no remorse and are believed innocent by Sheriff Hull and Rockville locals. The trio faces likely January proceedings.
