Agricultural College Notes Opens Women’s Club Meeting

On Monday November 10 the women of the Agricultural College Woman's Club gathered in Mrs. Prof Swendsen's rooms. The program included a brief history of Italian painting from 200 to 140 A D and a discussion on the early Renaissance led by Mrs Prof Burchell and Miss Flora T Chamberlain. The next meeting will be hosted by Mrs Prof Langton. New students arrive daily as the school opens, and President Kerr's aim to encourage thorough class work is reflected in attendance. Instructor McLaughlin welcomes a baby girl, praising by friends, and the station has purchased 400‑pound scales for stock feeding experiments conducted by Prof Hutt.
