Modern Woodman Camp Elects Cache Valley Officers
Last Saturday evening the Modern Woodman of America Camp in Cache Valley organized by V W Dudley DD H U elected officers for the year. Isaac Flwell was chosen Venerable Consul with Guy C Gilbert as Worthy Advisor Gen A Butt as Clerk and N P Hansen as Banker J Fred Kiesel served Escort A A J Clark as Watchman Chas Edjelson as Sentry and Dr W B Parkinson as Physician. Managers named Rev A J Clifton C E Laughney and Henry Wadman. After adjournment members met at Arcade Restaurant for refreshments, and State Dept Head Consul Pierce of Salt Lake attended.

Funeral Services for Carl Hendrie Lundberg Held
Funeral services for Carl Hendrie Lundberg were conducted Saturday November 9 1901 at the Fourth Ward Meeting House. Speakers E W Smith Charles Robbins Andreas Peterson Thomas Morgan and Bishop Thomas X Smith extolled his worth and urged following his example. Born October 10 1806 in Sweden he joined the church in 1848 and settled in Logan after a mission to his homeland. He married Elisabeth Velotte Jensen and Aura Gistaffos and fathered 19 children with his first wife and 11 with his second. His first wife and eight of her children are deceased.
