Funeral rites honor Alvin Crockett and George Davidson in Logan
Impressive services for Alvin Crockett of the Seventh ward were held in the tabernacle with speakers Bishop Larson, Bishop Preston, Orson Smith and Moses Thatcher praising his benevolence and faith. A large Logan crowd attended. George Davidson of the Third ward had one of Logan’s largest funerals with about 900 present as ward leaders Morrell Ballard and Yeates spoke and the cortege moved to the cemetery.
