The church schedules Next Sunday as Home Coming Day with a pastor led service to bless attendees. A Friday night book social invites donations of books or money for the Sunday school library. Also promotes Boy Scout style Boots, piano tuning services, and lost box reward notices.
Friday evening host Mr. and Mrs. Roger B. Simpson entertained with roses and pastel motifs. Trophies were awarded to Miss Anice Jenkins Wilkin Orr and Leslie Brown as a salad course was served on trays centered with rose buds in silver vases.
Mrs. Frank Teich visits San Antonio this week with relatives and friends, while noting regular pants stretch into lace-bottom styles.

Interdenominational program notes for Intermediate B Y P U on Sunday November 22 1925. Group 3 leader Sual Laning presented songs prayers scripture reading Acts 40 44 48 and duties to the world with Norris Murphy Nolan Powell Lorena Chapman Cora Eliten Murphy and Dollie Dahl named in the program. Closing hymn The Secret B Y P U and sentence prayers conclude the service.
Mrs Roger L Simpson hosted the Thursday Bridge club in a very pleasing style. Roses and trays formed the decorations and trophies were awarded to Magdames W B Collins Earl Avery and Henry Buttery. Others present included Mesdames Farr Avery Leslie Brown Henry Buttery W B Collins Tra Daniel Slater Duncan Clay Fowler G L Gray M M Moss W R Orr E H Qualls and W H Wallace.
The Woman's Missionary Society of the Methodist Church will meet with Mrs. H. C. Buttery Friday afternoon at three o'clock. Also note clothing for men and boys at Byfield's Store and Wilbur C. Treadwell, Optician and Optometrist, will be in his Llano office on Trades Day, Wednesday, December 2.

Beginning Monday November 23 the Llano gin will operate only on Monday Wednesday and Friday each week. Cotton owners are urged to deliver on those days. J J Faulkner and wife returned to Liano last Thursday after weeks in the Rio Grande Valley. He says over half the irrigated district residents are dissatisfied and wish to leave, blaming absent thorough country examination by Prospectors who are shown only its positives. Mrs Wallace visits Abilene this week with daughter Mrs Harold Nevins.
