Llano County Sheriff Sale of Grassmeyer Mineral Lands

The State of Texas through Llano County Sheriff Elmon D. Stewart announces a judicial sale of mineral rights in two Llano County tracts owned by F W Grassmeyer and heirs. The August 1 1935 sale at the Llano County Courthouse will offer 320 acres Sur 709 Abs 153 and 640 acres Sur 708 Abs 204 with mineral reservations, to satisfy a 27 07 debt plus interest costs, subject to two year redemption.
