If no bidders, the state may bid the property.

The sale will occur on the first Tuesday in Llano between 2 and 4 pm in 1925. Deputized authorities and local agents advertise financing options for real estate.
By order of the District Court of Llano County Texas and the judge mandates, Sheriff W. T. Rogers will sell at public auction on the first Tuesday in July 1925 between 1 and 4 pm at the County Courthouse, the described 50 acres of the A Sword Survey and 4 acres of the William Winlingham Survey to satisfy delinquent taxes and related liens. If no bids, property to be bid off to the State.

On June 8 1925 the sheriff seized Block 47 of Llano Improvement and Furnace Co in Llano Texas and a sale is set for the first Tuesday in July 1925 at Llano Court House to satisfy the judgment. If no bidders appear the property remains with the Sheriff.
