Tsch on the suspended sentence law
The object of the suspended sentence law is to reform youth without penitentiary confinement. I disapprove of district attorneys urging suspension before full evidence and character is heard. If elected district attorney, I will not approve suspensions that excuse crime and undermine the law, setting a public example. College Station Texas June 12.
