World War I Veterans Seek Texas Legislation
Commander Roger Q Evans of the Texas WWI Veterans asks the midwinter Temple session January 28 29 to seek state action. The aims include preserving the 2 percent Confederate pension fund tax for elder veterans and widows as supplemental income or rest homes funding.
