Alias subpoena for divorce in August Term 1932 No 20 commands Isadore Weinberg to appear in Lancaster Pennsylvania before the Court of Common Pleas starting Monday September 19 1932 at 10 o clock A M to show cause why Esther Weinberg should not be divorced from marriage. Sheriff D P Shuman signs the notice.
The notice states Nina Harley advises that she should not be divorced from the bonds of matrimony contracted with you David L. Harley. Sheriff is D. F. Shuman court reference At-s22 and year 1932 file No. 19.
