Treasure Ship Plot Amid Caribbean Intrigue
In the cabin of the Walrus, Murray presses Flint to join a plan to seize a Spanish treasure ship, detailing terms that pay seven hundred thousand pounds to the conspirators and one hundred thousand to Murray, with hostages and deception surrounding Colonel O'Donnell's daughter. The Younger narrator Robert witnesses the tense bargaining as Murray explains a broader Jacobite motive and a risky voyage toward Spy Glass Island and the Santissima Trinidad.
